• Protective Jock/Jill (not required for birth years 2020/2021)
• Glove
• Running shoes
• Water Bottle
• Hat

Suggested Equipment:

• Helmet. GCMBA will have helmets available however if you wish to provide your own please purchase the Navy Blue Style. 
• Cleats are optional. No metal spikes allowed
